We offer fixed fees across most of the commercial legal contract matters that we work on with our clients. This is to give you the benefit of certainly over costs and peace of mind that you have a defined and pre agreed budget for the work that we will do with you.

Where a fixed fee is inappropriate we will give you a clear estimate of the costs of a matter in advance, and set out what it covers.

Since we are not a firm of solicitors, we do not operate a client account. This requires that any disbursements that are to be incurred, for example, Companies House filing fees, must be paid directly by the client.

All of this helps you more easily budget for your legal costs.
