We offer fixed fees for as many services as suit this arrangement, in order to give you the benefit of certainly over costs and peace of mind. We are always happy to discuss a fixed fee basis for the work you need us to do.

Where a fixed fee is inappropriate we will give you a clear estimate of the costs of a matter in advance, and set out what it covers.

Where disbursements and other third party costs might be incurred such as stamp duty, filing fees or search fees, we set these out at the start.

All of this helps you more easily budget for your legal costs.
